No Show Policy:
Guests that fail to honor or cancel their reservation will be responsible for total charges for all nights reserved that Shadow Mountain Lodge & Cabins is unable to rebook.

Smoking Policy:
Shadow Mountain Lodge & Cabins is a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted in our suites, cabins, or anywhere on the grounds.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted in our suites, cabins, or anywhere on the grounds.
